Shipping and handling

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We use Canada Post’s delivery services.

Shipping delays in Canada can take up to 2 to 5 business days. Please note that we do not deliver outside of Canada.

We offer free delivery across Canada for all orders over $75 (before taxes). Free shipping can not be combined with another offer, unless explicitly noted.

Purchased under $75 (before taxes) will be charged $9.99 for delivery fees. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the payment is accepted. A tracking number will be communicated to you once your merchandise is shipped.

Orders are processed and sent within 2 business days according to the following criteria:

  • Orders received before 2PM (EST) between Monday’s and Friday’s will be shipped on the same day (except on holidays and weekends). Orders received after 2PM will be shipped the following day.

  • Orders recieved after 2PM on Fridays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or the following day, in case of Holiday).

  • Processing an order and delivery delays may vary according to the shipping address and the availability of a product.

A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of purchasing an item. A person must be present at said address to receive the merchandise.

You will receive a tracking number as a confirmation once your order is shipped. You can also track your order via your Claudel account.

Once the merchandise is shipped, all responsibility is transferred to the consumer. Claudel Lingerie is not held responsible for shipping delays, damages, lost items or additional fees related to delayed delivery or carrier.

We ensure to maintain our inventory up to date. It is possible, however, that an item becomes out of stock at the moment of your purchase. Should this situation occur, our customer service team will make sure to contact you in a timely manner.
